Wing / Wingman / Wingwoman

A Wingman is a friend of you, in best case an experienced PUA that helps you by gaming in a group of woman. His main function is entertaining the friends, so that they don't cockblock your interaction with the target. He should know which girl you choose as the target and only talk with her to tell good things about you (DHV).

Wingwoman or Winggirl
The same principle but it's often easier especially if she is pretty, that gives you really high value and she can easily open and introduce you to new girls.

Example

Alex wants to talk to Lena, who is out with a friend. Sam says hello to the friend first, asks where they are from and keeps her in a relaxed conversation. Alex gets a real one-on-one with Lena. Later Sam mentions, truthfully, that Alex organised the whole trip, which is a small DHV.

How to be a good wing

• Agree beforehand on who the target is and on a simple signal for "let's go".
• Talk to the other person because you are interested in her, not as a decoy.
• Speak well of your friend, but only with true things. Exaggeration is easy to see through.
• Take turns, so both of you get the chance to meet people.
• If your friend wants to leave a set, leave with him.

Common mistakes

A wing who competes for the target, talks too much about himself or drinks too heavily does more harm than good. The friends of the target are people too, not obstacles.
